The confusion arises when different terms such as psychological safety, psychosocial risk, and psychological health and safety are used interchangeably by individuals like Joe. It’s as if we are comparing oranges to apples, and this discrepancy in vocabulary needs immediate attention.

Therefore, before proceeding any further, we realized the significance of clarifying the language used. This issue with language became even more crucial when it came to presenting and engaging with our key stakeholders.
