Training. Let’s go teach everyone how to be respectful in the workplace. You can see how training and polite workplace behaviors would not remedy this situation because the underlying cause was a lack of resources, pressure, time, and potentially worsening behaviors.
We really must have that standard in place. As a result, the remedy, or control, to address this is significantly more sophisticated than simply training. It was a control in which far more significant decision-makers were involved than frontline workers.
