Now I know you love data in the mining world. You have information about everything. So you have a lot of options. So some of the data sets that we encouraged Joe to look at were things like their absenteeism data, their engagement survey data, their musculoskeletal injuries, their workers’ comp, their complaints, their turnover data, lots of data, but looking at your exit interview data, looking at actually the safety reporting behaviors and the quality of those. These few data points that you already have will offer you some hints about where to start looking and will begin to paint a picture for you.
