Christian is an internationally experienced health and safety executive who specialises in solving complex health and safety challenges utilising simplified principles to enable sustainable improvement.
As the Founder and Managing Director of Impress Solutions, he brings two decades of experience from various industries (mining, rail, construction, oil & gas, finance, and facilities management).
His focus is on reimagining health & safety strategies through the utilisation of evidence-based principles and practices.

Danielle is a multi-skilled and dynamic HR specialist with extensive experience in Graduate Recruitment, Labor Recruitment, Management and Human Resources. Her keen focus on end-to-end resourcing and workforce management assists in sourcing talented and knowledgeable veterans for our clients.
Her decade-long experience in human resources provides the insights and skills required to deliver sustainable results across a wide range of safety services.

Her combined interests in Finance and Mining have positioned her as a strong asset to the Impress Solutions Health & Safety team. She is also a Registered BAS Agent with the Tax Practitioners Board.
After beginning her working career within the Banking and Finance industry, Amy took a different path in the Travel Industry and has now settled in Mining. Her passion for numbers has steered her back to the Finance Industry where she manages all aspects of Finance for Impress Solutions.
Her combined interests in Finance and Mining have positioned her as a strong asset to the Impress Solutions Health & Safety team. She is also a Registered BAS Agent with the Tax Practitioners Board.
With over 14 years of experience supporting operational and construction projects across coal mining in Safety Specialist roles, Anthony has the experience necessary to always provide high-quality consulting services. He holds a Diploma in Health and Safety and is currently studying for a Post Graduate Qualification in Occupational Health & Safety Management.
Additionally, Anthony has experience in Behaviour Based Safety, Audits, Incident Investigations and Supervision of Project Risk Register applications. He prides himself on being able to interact well with all levels of the workforce to influence the desired safety outcomes.

Stewart is a big-picture-focused practitioner who consistently delivers expert knowledge and advice in all aspects of risk, workplace health & safety and staff well-being with vast experience in implementing effective preventative and mitigating measures strategies.
Stewart has experience in Exploration SHMS as he audited the New Hope Exploration Team on a drilling site against specific requirements of their SHMS. He also won the best Workplace Health and Safety initiative at the 2015 QLD Safe Work and Return to work awards. The program he developed was adopted across all of New Hope Group’s mining and workplaces.
Stewart is a big-picture-focused practitioner who consistently delivers expert knowledge and advice in all aspects of risk, workplace health & safety and staff well-being with vast experience in implementing effective preventative and mitigating measures strategies.

Not only is Warren dedicated to improving the safety of workplaces, but he’s also passionate about the environment and excels at coaching and mentoring.
